- AI is the right idea, a chatbot is the wrong interface.
- Festina lente; think slow, act fast.
- Distribution accounts for 80% of a product's success.
- All long-range predictions are acts of faith rather than logic.
- The only way to get anything done is to reduce forward motion to achievable increments.
